What if we already use an applicant tracking system?
Your platform runs standalone. A good way to start is to run one live caregiver role through it alongside your current system, then move over once it's proven.
Where is applicant data stored?
In the United States: Postgres and file storage on Supabase (AWS US West, Oregon), with the application running on Vercel. We sign a data processing agreement with you before you go live.
Do we own the platform?
The platform is licensed to you while you're subscribed, which funds ongoing development without a separate licence fee. Your data is yours outright: export every applicant, job and note at any time, in standard formats.
Who implements and supports it?
Our team sets it up with you and stays with you through launch and afterwards. You work directly with the people who build the product, not a general support queue.
What happens to our data if we cancel?
It remains yours. Before cancellation completes you can export your data in standard formats. Retention and deletion terms are set out in the service agreement and data processing agreement.
